Bruce M. Friedman is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Evergreen Licensing.
After building Evergreen Consumer Brands (ECB) — a fully integrated consumer products company that designs, manufactures, and distributes quality health and beauty care, oral care, and cleaning products around the globe — Bruce retired from Evergreen Consumer Brands in 2020 to focus exclusively on Evergreen Licensing. Bruce was the founder of Charles Flora Consumer Products in 2003 which merged with ECB in 2007.
Prior to founding ECB and Evergreen Licensing, Bruce was Co-founder, Director and President of PartMiner International. Bruce has sold a substantial portion of his PartMiner equity in 2000 as the company raised more than $150 million in private equity investment.
Prior to PartMiner. Bruce was founder and President of Certified Industries International (exclusive importer of Sysco Foods and Corona Extra beer into FSU)
Bruce serves as a founding Board Member and shareholder at Better 4 You Meals and its subsidiary Balanced Foods. The company is based in Los Angeles and manufactures a wide range of food service (including licensed) and retail food products. The Company through its multiple production facilities produces a snack food line and 100,000 ready to eat meals per day.
Bruce is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he is a frequent guest lecturer at the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at USC Marshall School of Business. Bruce is a Wexner Institute Fellow and serves on several nonprofit Boards. Bruce lives in Southern California with his wife and children.
