BRUCE M. FRIEDMAN — FOUNDER

Bruce is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Evergreen Consumer Brands (ECB) and Evergreen Licensing.

ECB is a fully integrated consumer products company that designs, manufactures, and distributes quality health and beauty care, oral care, and cleaning products around the globe.

ECB owns various Trademarks including Salon Selectives, Daily Defense, Silkience, Lavoris, EarthScents, Tame, Pearle and Spa Haus.

Bruce is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Evergreen Consumer Brands (ECB) and Evergreen Licensing.

The Evergreen licensing portfolio has included Barbasol, PureSilk, Nickelodeon, Power Rangers, Angry Birds, Peanuts, Cinderella, Snow White, Peter Pan, Clifford The Big Red Dog, Lassie and Dubble Bubble.

ECB brands and licenses sell worldwide and have generated sales of more than $500 million across all classes of retail trade in over 50,000 retail doors.

Bruce retired from Evergreen Consumer Brands (ECB) in 2020 to focus exclusively on Evergreen Licensing. Bruce was the founder of Charles Flora Consumer Products in 2003 which merged into ECB in 2007.

Prior to founding ECB and Evergreen Licensing, Bruce was Co-founder, Director and President of PartMiner International. PartMiner is a global supplier of electronic components.

PartMiner also maintains the industry’s leading on-line procurement tool with more than 150,000 registered users in over 100 countries. Bruce established a sales organization for PartMiner in 13 countries with over 500 employees.

Since 2000 Bruce has sold a substantial portion of his PartMiner equity as the company has raised more than $150 million in private equity investment. www.partminer.com.

Prior to PartMiner. Bruce was founder and President of Certified Industries International (CII). CII was the exclusive importer and distributor of Corona Extra beer into the FSU.

Bruce lived in Moscow while establishing Corona Extra as Russia’s number 2 imported brand of bottled beer (behind Heineken). CII was also an importer of Sysco foods. Bruce built CII into a fully integrated licensing and distribution company.

Bruce serves as a founding Board Member and shareholder at Better 4 You Meals and its subsidiary (Balanced Foods). Better 4 You Meals, based in Los Angeles, manufactures a wide range of food service and licensed food products. The Company through its multiple production facilities produces a snack food line and 100,000 single serve meals per day.

Bruce is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he is a frequent guest lecturer at the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at USC Marshall School of Business.

Bruce is a Wexner Institute Fellow and serves on several nonprofit Boards.

Bruce lives in Southern California with his wife, children and labradoodle Lilly.
